SPA SERVICES:

Booking:

To secure a booking, all bookings require a deposit of £25 to be paid in advance.

Cancellations / Late Arrivals:

As a courtesy to all guests, cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of your appointment time. Failure to do so will result in losing your full deposit. If you are running late, a phone call is always appreciated. We will reschedule your appointment if possible. If we are not able to reschedule your appointment, your arrival time will determine the length of your treatments, which will end as originally scheduled. The full original treatment price will still be charged.

Group Booking:

Bookings made for several clients or several appointments will also require a full payment for everyone in the group as well. If you wish to cancel your booking we require at least 3 days notice or no refund will be given.

Health Notifications:

In order to prevent booking disappointments, before booking any appointments or prepaying for any payments, clients should be reminded that there are some considerations that people need to take into account before having some treatments. These health conditions could cause you not being able to have treatments.

This includes as follows:

* Pregnancy: Pregnant women need to be cautious with massages. If there is any doubt women should err on the side of caution. Pregnant women under 12 weeks will not be allowed treatment.
* Recent Surgery: Massage is not recommended for people who have recently undergone surgery within six months.

To avoid any disappointment, please advise the staff before booking.

VOUCHERS:

Gift Vouchers are ideal for any occasion and can be personalised and sent on your behalf.

Gift Vouchers are not refundable.

Redemption:

All gift vouchers must be redeemed on or before their expiry date.

Expiration:

All Gift vouchers have an expiration date clearly printed on the front of the voucher. This expiry date is set and once expired cannot be altered or redeemed. Standard Gift Vouchers expire after 6 months. Please check your Voucher!

Booking with gift vouchers:

Appointments cannot be guaranteed without adequate notice. During busy periods it may take up to two weeks to find an appointment space so please be mindful and book in advance to avoid disappointment. If an appointment cannot be found before the expiration date and inadequate notice has been given, then the voucher will be void. If you are experiencing difficulties in using your voucher within the expiry date then please contact us before your gift voucher expires. In genuine circumstances such as illness or pregnancy we may extend your gift voucher for you. Each case will be assessed accordingly, an extension is not guaranteed.

Loyalty Card:

One stamp per client, per visit when you spend £50 or more.

Full loyalty cards with 10 authentic Thai Touch stamps can be redeemed for 1 hour massage only (equivalent to a £50 massage on the price list ). Lost loyalty cards cannot be redeemed. Loyalty card cannot be exchanged for cash or sold. Aromatherapy & Thai Herbal massage not included. Loyalty cards are not equivalent to a £50 gift voucher. You are only entitled to 1 hour massage. If you would like extra time, it will be charged on top from the price list.

Example: 90min Thai Oil/ Yoga/ Back & Shoulder/ Foot/ pregnancy massage to redeem is 1 loyalty card plus £35. 30 min is £35 so that is the difference to pay to top up your massage.

Special Offer:

Available every day, including weekends, at either 10:30am or 12:00pm for 1 hour massage only. Choose from one of the following three options.

1) Thai Yoga

2) Back & Shoulder

3) Foot

£45 for 1 hour instead of £50. Loyalty card cannot be stamped because it is below the £50 spend limit required.
